Four Major Political Entities Forge Alliance for Election Strategy in Sindh

In a notable development within the national political landscape, four major political entities—Muttahida Qaumi Movement-Pakistan (MQM-Pakistan), Pakistan Muslim League-Nawaz (PML-N), Jamiat Ulema-e-Islam (JUI), and the Functional League—are collaborating on a comprehensive election strategy in Sindh ahead of the general elections.

According to reliable sources, the Pakistan Muslim League-Functional (PML-F) has agreed to the initial formula for seat adjustment in Sindh. Saad Rafique emphasized the importance of seat adjustment, considering it their legal right.

This alliance signifies a significant shift in the national political scenario, indicating a willingness among these key parties to enhance coordination on political and electoral matters. A sub-committee, comprising representatives from all four entities, has been formed to draft recommendations for seat adjustments.

Upcoming meetings are expected, with a focus on the involvement of JUI, PML-N, and the PML-F Committee. Notably, the PML-N delegation is set to participate in the Larkana Jalsa on November 30 under the banner of JUI.

The collaboration aims to nominate joint candidates in various cities of Sindh, including Karachi, with each candidate using their respective party symbol in the election. This collaborative strategy underscores the evolving dynamics as the country prepares for the upcoming elections.
